Northern Lights Guitar Program
Welcome to the Northern Lights Music Festival inaugural guitar program! My name is Carlos Bedoya, and I am a classical guitarist from Colombia currently serving as associate instructor at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University.
I am super excited to share with you my love and passion for the guitar. All levels and ages are welcome! You will learn fundamental technique while playing some of the music and songs that you love. Please review the following information and sign up.
IRON RANGE COMMUNITY LESSONS
Free Group classes:
– Includes: Footstool/strap, guitar pick, and sheet music.
– 6 sessions total
– Classes from 3:00-5:00pm on July 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19 at Mesabi East Schools, Aurora.
Schedule:
– Technique class: 3:00 – 3:45
– Break: 3:45 – 4:00
– Group class: 4:00 – 4:40
– Ensemble: 4:40 – 5:00
Private lessons:
– Tuition – $200 for Iron Range commuting students (Payable in advance.)
– Includes 6 (45 minute) private lessons + 3 group advanced technique workshops
– Includes materials (sheet music, method book, foot stool or strap, pick)
Schedule:
– Private lessons offered July 8th through 19th.
